Equinox Gold heap leach CIC commissioning

Instrumentation and controls commissioning of a new green field mining heap leach process. Our technicians performed point to point checks, calibrated instrumentation, and quality acceptance. We also performed controls HMI commissioning and server/client configuration.

The instrumentation and controls commissioning process helps to make sure that every part of the system is operating as it should per the client’s goal and the system design.

Nevada Goldmines Cortez Dewatering VFD’s

VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives) are types of motor controllers that drive an electric motor by varying the frequency and voltage of its power supply. These are used in dewatering by adjusting flow or pressure to the actual demand. Considerable power savings can be attained when using a VFD pump.

 

Nevada Goldmines Boulder Valley Medium Voltage Starters and Instrumentation

Medium voltage control hardware starts and stops electrical components and is utilized to drive productivity, process operation and energy savings.

Missouri Cobalt Pilot Plant Controls and Instrumentation

Plant electrical instrumentation assures that the plant performs within determined parameters to manufacture materials of consistent grade.
